By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about CRAWER, CRAWER products, applications, compatibility, dealers and distributors and related services.

The Website is intended primarily as an informational platform.

Products cannot be purchased directly through www.crawer.eu and the Website does not constitute an online store.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information displayed on the Website does not constitute a binding offer to enter into a sales agreement.

2. No online sales

CRAWER does not sell products directly through the Website.

The Website does not display binding sales prices and no purchase agreement for CRAWER products can be concluded through the Website.

Products may be available through independent CRAWER dealers, distributors or other authorised sales channels.

Any purchase made from an independent dealer or distributor is subject to the terms and conditions applicable between you and that dealer or distributor.

3. Product information

CRAWER takes reasonable care to ensure that product information displayed on the Website is accurate and up to date.

Product information may include, among other things:

  • product descriptions;
  • technical specifications;
  • dimensions;
  • images and illustrations;
  • compatibility information;
  • applications;
  • features; and
  • other technical or commercial information.

Despite our efforts, errors, inaccuracies or outdated information may occur.

CRAWER reserves the right to modify products, specifications, designs, features and website information without prior notice.

Images and illustrations are provided for informational purposes and may differ from the actual product.

Users should verify important product specifications and compatibility before purchasing, installing or using a product.

4. Product Configurator and compatibility information

The Website may provide a product configurator, compatibility tool or other functionality intended to help users identify CRAWER products that may be suitable for a particular vehicle, machine, application or configuration.

The results generated by the configurator and other compatibility information are provided as guidance only.

Although CRAWER takes reasonable care in compiling and maintaining compatibility information, we cannot guarantee that every recommendation or configuration is complete, error-free or suitable for every individual vehicle, machine, model, version or application.

Differences may exist due to, among other things:

  • model years;
  • regional versions;
  • factory specifications;
  • optional equipment;
  • previous modifications;
  • wiring configurations;
  • mounting positions; and
  • changes made by vehicle or machinery manufacturers.

Users are responsible for verifying that a product is suitable for their specific vehicle, machine and intended application before purchase or installation.

Where there is uncertainty, users should contact CRAWER or an authorised CRAWER dealer for further information before purchasing or installing the relevant product.

5. Installation and use

CRAWER products must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions, technical specifications and applicable laws and regulations relevant to the product and application.

Information on the Website is not a substitute for professional technical judgement where this is reasonably required.

The user remains responsible for ensuring that the selected product, installation and use are appropriate for the relevant vehicle, machinery and operating environment.

6. Dealer Locator

The Website includes a Store Locator or Dealer Locator that may help users identify dealers and distributors offering CRAWER products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, dealers and distributors shown through the Dealer Locator are independent businesses.

The inclusion of a dealer or distributor on the Website does not mean that CRAWER controls the day-to-day operations, pricing, stock availability or contractual arrangements of that business.

CRAWER does not guarantee:

  • product availability at a particular dealer;
  • prices charged by a dealer;
  • delivery times;
  • services offered by a dealer; or
  • the terms under which a dealer sells products.

Users should contact the relevant dealer directly for current information.

7. Purchases from dealers and distributors

Any agreement for the purchase of CRAWER products from an independent dealer or distributor is entered into between the purchaser and the relevant dealer or distributor, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The relevant seller is responsible for its own quotations, prices, payment terms, delivery arrangements, returns and other contractual obligations towards the purchaser.

Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as creating an agency, partnership or other legal relationship between CRAWER and an independent dealer beyond the actual contractual relationship existing between CRAWER and that dealer.

8. Warranty

The Website itself does not provide a facility for submitting or processing product warranty claims.

Warranty rights relating to a product may depend on the product, seller, country of purchase, applicable warranty conditions and applicable law.

If you have a question or claim relating to a product you purchased from a CRAWER dealer or distributor, you should generally contact the seller from whom you purchased the product.

Nothing in these Website Terms & Conditions excludes or limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content are owned by or licensed to CRAWER B.V.

This includes, without limitation:

  • other website materials.

All such rights are reserved.

11. Dealer marketing materials

Authorised CRAWER dealers and distributors may receive access to separate marketing materials, product assets, images, documentation and other resources through designated CRAWER channels, including the CRAWER B2B portal.

The availability of content on the public Website does not grant dealers or other parties the right to copy or reuse that content.

Any use of CRAWER intellectual property remains subject to applicable dealer, distributor, licence or brand agreements.

12. B2B portal

The CRAWER B2B portal is separate from the public Website.

Access to and use of the B2B portal may be subject to separate agreements, account requirements, commercial conditions and terms of use.

These external websites are not under CRAWER’s control.

CRAWER is not responsible for the availability, content, security, accuracy, products, services, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites.

A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all information, products or services offered by that third party.

When you leave the CRAWER Website, the terms and policies of the relevant third party may apply.

15. Website availability

CRAWER aims to keep the Website available and functioning correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Website may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside CRAWER’s reasonable control.

CRAWER may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Website where reasonably necessary.

CRAWER takes reasonable care when preparing and maintaining the Website but does not warrant that all information will at all times be complete, current or free from errors.

Users should independently verify information that is important to a purchasing, installation or operational decision.

Technical information, compatibility results and recommendations should not be relied upon where additional verification would reasonably be required for safe and correct installation or use.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRAWER shall not be liable for damage arising solely from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information on the Website where the relevant information could reasonably have been verified before use.

CRAWER shall also not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for damage arising from:

  • temporary unavailability of the Website;
  • use of or inability to use the Website;
  • use of third-party websites;
  • transactions with independent dealers or distributors;

Nothing in these Website Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness where applicable.

18. Changes to products and information

CRAWER continuously develops its products and services.

Products, specifications, designs, packaging, compatibility information, images and other details may therefore change without prior notice.

CRAWER may correct errors or update Website information at any time.

Information displayed on the Website should therefore not be treated as a guarantee that a particular specification or product version will remain permanently available.

19. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data through the Website is governed by the CRAWER Privacy Policy.

The Website also uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy and cookie consent tool.

20. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

CRAWER may amend these Website Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be published on the Website together with the date of the most recent update.

Continued use of the Website after an updated version has been published means that the updated terms apply to subsequent use of the Website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
